What Can I Do? FIRST: MAKE SURE YOU WAIT FOR PLUGIN TO LOAD... IT MAY TAKE A MINUTE OR SO THE FIRST TIME!! Normally, if you can't see the video, the system will ask you to download and install the ActiveX control from the video server/IP camera. After that you should be able to view the images.
IF THE ACTIVE X CONTROL DOES NOT INSTALL... ITS BECAUSE OF YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER'S SECURITY SETTINGS. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND REFRESH THE PAGE!! Install The Control Choose Tools from the main Internet Explorer menu. Select "internet options" Select "security" tab Click "Custom Level" Find the section labeled "Active X" make sure that " Download Unsigned Active X controls" is set to "PROMPT" also, set "Initialize and script Active X controls not marked as safe" is set to "PROMPT" Click "OK" and CLick "OK" again to exit. Refresh the connection and install the Plugin.. Still Not Working? If you still can't see the video, please follow the procedure below to solve the problem.
